Rolls of corn tortillas filled with hot and spicy chorizo sausages, potatoes and cheese

Crisp corn tortilla chips with sour cream, guacamole and red salsa dips.

Buffalo wings:

Prime Chicken Wings coated with a spicy BBQ sauce.

Gamberoni:

Grilled marinated king prawns.

Skins:

Deep-fried Potato Skins.

MAIN COURSES:

Pesce:
Fresh Blackened Salmon fillet topped with fruit chutney. served with leek and mustard crumble potatoes.

Pollo alla Romana:
Roasted Breast of Chicken, topped with crispy bacon and a spicy cream of mushrooms sauce. served with leek and mustard crumble potatoes.

Stincotto alla Menta:
A shank of Lamb marinated in salt and fresh herbs, topped with a mint and balsamic vinegar sauce. Served with hash potatoes and vegetables.

Marinara:
Pasta with fresh squid and king prawns, in a tomato sauce.

Penne al Pollo:
Pasta with chicken, bacon, spring onions and sweet peppers in a cream sauce.

Fajita:
A choice of tender marinated strips of either Fillet Steak or Chicken Breast or marinated Vegetables, pan-fried and served on a bed of onions and bell peppers. Accompanied bysalsa, guacamole, sour cream and flour tortillas.

Chimichanga:
Flour Tortilla wrapped around a choice of seasoned shredded Chicken or Mixed Vegetables, fried golden brown and topped with melted cheese and Creole sauce. Served with beans and rice.

Bistecca:
Grilled Sirloin Steak, topped with either basil butter or a BBQ sauce. Served with tabacco onions and French fries.

Jambalaya:
Pan-fried squid, Prawns, Chorizo Sausage and Chicken, topped with a Cajun sauce Served with rice.

BBQ Ribs:
Succulent Pork Back Ribs coated with spices and a BBQ sauce. Served with fries.

Insalata dello chef:
Avocado, Mozzarella cheese, wild rocket, sun-dried tomato, artichoke, olives and sliced tomato, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.


MAIN COURSES:

Cassis Royal:
A blackcurrant sorbet with a heart of vanilla ice cream.

Cheese Cake:
A home-made cheese cake with caramelised apple and lime zest.

Fruit Chimichanga:
A cinamon tortilla filed with fresh fruits, deep-fried and served with ice cream.

Helado Nachos:
Mixed dairy ice cream served in a cinnamon tortilla, topped with chocolate sauce.

Caramel Pafait:
A caramel sauce surrounded by caramel ice cream with caramel pieces, covered in chocolate .

Tutto Cioccolato:
a chocolate darquiose biscuit base, topped with a crunchy milk chocolate layer and creamy chocolate mousse. (when available
